Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Processing time may be extended during peak holiday seasons.

*Business days do not include weekends. Orders placed Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.

Allergy Concerns:
Our products are made in facilities that process tree nuts and peanuts.  Some of our foods are cooked in canola and peanut oils.

Sugar-Free Candies:
Maltitol is the sugar-free sweetener used in our sugar-free products. It may produce a laxative effect when consumed at very high levels, or in consumption greater than 100 grams per day.

Summer & Warm Weather Shipping Policy
Due to excessive heat factors, chocolate cannot be shipped between May and August. *We will substitute any chocolates with other products as we deem necessary.

Product Substitution Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to make substitutions for products that may be out of stock.

Christmas Deliveries:
To ensure Christmas delivery, final orders must reach us by December 15th.

Shipping Policies:
We use FedEx or USPS to ship orders in the United States. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call us to process your order at 1-800-562-0769. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer at the time of the order.  Should we have to update the address with the delivery service AFTER it has been shipped from our store, the customer will be charged $12.00 per address to cover rerouting fees. If the address is updated BEFORE the order has been shipped, the customer will not be charged. Should we enter the address incorrectly in our system then we will cover the additional charge to cover the rerouting fees. We are not responsible for shipping delays or misplaced packages by any delivery service.

Refund Policy:
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or refund, we require a picture of the item(s) sent to bestpecans@gmail.com. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please call us at 1-800-562-0769. Any request for adjustment should be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will not issue a refund, return or exchange after the 15 days.

100% Customer Satisfaction:
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, all you need to do is return the merchandise and tell us that you want a replacement, exchange, or refund, and we will handle it promptly and courteously. Any request for adjustment should be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.
